The Division of Access and Engagement and Haslam College of Business Office of Diversity and Community Relations are proud to co-sponsor “Social Impacts of Civil Rights and Public Safety.” The FBI will provide a historical overview of civil rights and its correlation to public safety. Participants will also hear from a panel of experts including the UT Police Department, Knoxville Police Department, and local, state, and federal representatives. The session will conclude with roundtable discussions, networking, and a reception.
