Gabriel was born in the Magic City, Miami, but was mostly raised in Knoxville, TN. He graduated from a flagship high school, Austin East, before earning his Associates degree in Video Production from Pellissippi State. After working in Journalism for a while, he went back and earned his Bachelor degree in Communication Studies from the University of Tennessee. He is currently working on his Masters in Digital Communications and Strategies. 

He is a creative, and even when he’s not at work, you might see him holding on to his camera anywhere he goes. He has worked on media projects for nonprofits such as Big Brothers and Big Sisters of East Tennessee and Project GRAD. He is passionate about inspiring others and enjoys speaking to and encouraging youth to work hard on their goals to achieve greatness. He believes that any negative impact on our lives is just a side mission on the journey to completing our story, with his life mantra being “we can’t control the wind, but we can adjust the sail.”
