Assistant Director and Compliance Investigator

A 2001 graduate of Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH, Rudolph also earned a Master’s degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2003. Before coming to EOA, Rudolph was employed by the City of Knoxville in a dual role as an Investigator and Mediator for the Police Advisory and Review Committee, which is an oversight committee for the City. Prior to that Rudolph served the Knox County Juvenile Court as an Intake Counselor & Probationary Officer.   

Rudolph is a dedicated advocate for mediation and alternative dispute resolution. Since December 2014, Rudolph has been a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Listed Family Mediator specially trained in domestic violence issues and has frequently mediated with pro se parties on juvenile issues and with private parties in family disputes. Rudolph has also been on the Board of Directors of the Community Mediation Center in Knoxville, TN since October 2017 and has served that organization both as Vice-Chair and Board Chair.  Rudolph is a commissioner on the Tennessee Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission, which administers the procedure for training and approving mediators for use by Tennessee state courts in alternative resolution processes. He is a member of Tennessee Association of Professional Mediators and is also State of Tennessee Notary Public. 

Rudolph is an avid reggae music lover and soccer fan. In his spare time he also enjoys going on walks with his dog.
