Aarti Pradeep is the Administrative Specialist for Strategic Initiatives in the Division of Diversity & Engagement. In her role she strengthens the division by providing administrative services to the unit and assisting in creating a diverse and inclusive environment with a strong focus on the unit’s initiatives.

Before joining UT, Aarti worked in a variety of areas such as event management, business management, and teaching. She is passionate about organizing and managing various kinds of events. As an event manager she gained expertise in building professional relationships.

Aarti holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature & Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration with concentration in personnel administration & human resources.

As an engaging communicator with a proven track record in office administration, her talent and proficiency in management contribute to the team’s efforts.
